1) Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) für Veranstaltungsbuchungen

1. Geltungsbereich
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle mit der IHK Ostbrandenburg geschlossenen Verträge über die Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen.

2. Anmeldung und Vertragsschluss
Die Anmeldung kann über den auf der Homepage (http://www.b2fair.com/Organiser/Logistik2018/) zur Verfügung gestellten Anmeldeprozess per Internet oder auch über das auf Nachfrage bei den auf der Homepage ausgewiesenen Kontakten erhaltbaren Anmeldeformular per Post, per Fax und E-Mail erfolgen. Die Anmeldung gilt als verbindliches Vertragsangebot des Teilnehmers/der Teilnehmerin. Der Vertrag kommt mit Zugang der Anmeldebestätigung durch die IHK Ostbrandenburg zustande. Die Anmeldungen werden grundsätzlich in der Reihenfolge ihres Einganges berücksichtigt.

3. Zahlungsbedingungen
Bei kostenpflichtigen Veranstaltungen hat der Teilnehmer/die Teilnehmerin das vertraglich vereinbarte Teilnahmeentgelt für die Veranstaltung gemäß Rechnungslegung durch die IHK Ostbrandenburg mit Angabe der vollständigen Rechnungsnummer zu begleichen.

4. Absage und Änderungen von Veranstaltungen
Die IHK Ostbrandenburg hat das Recht, eine Veranstaltung aus von ihr nicht zu vertretenden Gründen (zum Beispiel mangelnde Teilnehmerzahl, kurzfristige Nichtverfügbarkeit des Referenten/der Referentin, höhere Gewalt) zu verschieben oder abzusagen. Der Teilnehmer/die Teilnehmerin wird hierüber unter den in seiner/ihrer Anmeldung genannten Kontaktdaten benachrichtigt. Im Falle der Absage wird ein bereits bezahltes Teilnahmeentgelt zurück erstattet. Gleiches gilt für den Fall, dass der Teilnehmer/die Teilnehmerin an einem Nachholtermin für die Veranstaltung nicht teilnehmen kann. Anderweitige Ansprüche seitens des Teilnehmers/der Teilnehmerin sind ausgeschlossen. Die IHK Ostbrandenburg behält sich vor, Referenten, Ort oder Raum zu wechseln oder den Veranstaltungsablauf zu ändern. Der Teilnehmer/die Teilnehmerin kann daraus keine Ansprüche geltend machen.

5. Datenschutz
Die von dem Teilnehmer/der Teilnehmerin bei der Anmeldung angegebenen Daten werden ausschließlich zum Zwecke der Veranstaltungsabwicklung, bei kostenpflichtigen Veranstaltungen darüber hinaus zum Zwecke der Rechnungslegung gespeichert und verarbeitet. Sofern der Teilnehmer/ die Teilnehmerin bei der Anmeldung oder bei der Veranstaltung in weitere Datenverarbeitungen einwilligt, werden die Daten für die jeweils angegebenen Zwecke gespeichert und verarbeitet.

6. Bild- und Tonaufnahmen
Die IHK Ostbrandenburg behält sich vor, die Veranstaltung in Bild und Ton zu dokumentieren. Mit der Teilnahme erklärt der Teilnehmer/die Teilnehmerin sein/ihr Einverständnis zu diesen Aufnahmen der eigenen Person und ihrer Veröffentlichung für Zwecke der IHK Ostbrandenburg im Internet oder in Printmedien. Dieses Einverständnis gilt auf unbestimmte Zeit und kann jederzeit widerrufen werden.

7. Copyright
Sämtliche Veranstaltungsunterlagen (digital oder print) dürfen nur mit Einverständnis der IHK Ostbrandenburg vervielfältigt werden.

8. Gerichtsstand
Ist der Teilnehmer/die Teilnehmerin Kaufmann im Sinne des Handelsgesetzbuchs, juristische Person des öffentlichen Rechts oder ein öffentlich-rechtliches Sondervermögen, ist ausschließlicher Gerichtsstand für alle sich aus dem Vertragsverhältnis unmittelbar oder mittelbar ergebenden Streitigkeiten Frankfurt (Oder).

Data Protection Statement

The organizers of the German-Polish Logistics Day, the IHK Ostbrandenburg and the network Enterprise Europe Network Berlin-Brandenburg, take the protection of personal data very seriously. The protection of privacy in the processing of personal data is important to them. System Operator

Our website is hosted by B2Fair - Business to Fairs. Chamber of Commerce of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, 7 rue Alcide de Gasperi, L-2981. This service provider has subcontracted nocken & hammes consulting GbR, Bayenthalgürtel 17, D-50968 to set up, host and design the website. B2Fair collects and stores for us the following information that the user's device automatically transmits:
• Browser type / version
• used operating system
• Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
• IP address of the user device
• Time of the server request

We use this information solely for optimization and error analysis. A comparison with other databases or a transfer to third parties, even in part, does not take place. We reserve the right to subsequently control these data in case of suspected illegal use of our website and to pass them on to authorized third parties. The data saved by B2Fair will be deleted after evaluation and billing of the project year 2018 of the consortium Enterprise Europe Network Berlin-Brandenburg.


Personal Data
Personal data are individual statements about natural persons, which allow conclusions about their personal, economic or actual circumstances. Purpose of Processing:
The named personal data are processed exclusively for the following purposes:
• Contacting our employees
• Enabling our range of services and the necessary communication with the user, such as booking an event
• Processing of user requests and further advice or information requested by the user
• Creation of participant lists, digital and print catalogs during the event
• Documentation, billing and evaluation of the event to the grantor of the Enterprise Europe Network, the European Commission
We point out that the user can revoke an agreement given to us at any time with effect for the future.


Data collection and use for Contract Execution and Fulfillment
Only if a user logs on for the event of the German-Polish Logistics Day 2018, personal data will be requested. Otherwise, the provision of these services is not possible. The data entry is voluntary in this respect but required for the registration. Which data are collected, can be seen from the respective input forms.
By registering, the user permits the collection, use and storage of personal and company-related data for the purpose of handling the event. In addition, the user agrees to the disclosure of information about the company, contacts and profile, as far as this is done for the purpose of contact mediation with external partners or inclusion in publications or databases in the context of event preparation, implementation and follow-up. The user also agrees with the registration of the sending of information in connection with the event. It allows the IHK to use this data for similar events. A transfer of the data to third parties outside of the above purpose of the event is not permitted.

The participants of the German-Polish Logistics Day 2018 are kindly requested to note that the event will be photographed and / or filmed on the 4th of June 2018. By participating in the event, you agree that a photograph and / or a cinematic image of your person may be used for publication in all media (print, online, social networks, etc.).
All personal information will be treated in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The data is processed exclusively for the specific purpose. A passing on to third parties does not take place. Exceptions exist where the transfer of data is required to process the request or to fulfill the contract by authorized third parties. A transfer to state institutions and authorities entitled to receive information only takes place within the scope of the statutory information obligations or if the IHK is obliged to do so by a court decision. After completion of the contract, the data of the user are blocked for further use and deleted after expiry of the tax and commercial retention periods, unless the user has expressly consented to further use of his data or we reserve the right to further data use, the law is allowed and about which we inform the user in advance.


Retention periods
These result in addition from the legal regulations to the assignment of tasks on the IHK, from the statute of the IHK and / or from tax-legal aspects. Regulations on the obligations of the IHK to make certain documents available to the Brandenburgische Landesarchiv arise from the DSGVO and the Landesarchivgesetzen.


The IHK Ostbrandenburg does not use services for the analysis of usage data for the website of the German-Polish Logistics Day. It also does not use cookies that allow statistical analysis of the use of this website by its visitors or the display of usage-related content or advertising.


When using our homepage so-called "session cookies" are used automatically. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and used by your browser. They are necessary to ensure the functionality of the page, e.g. to keep the login or to create a working shopping cart. These "session cookies" are automatically deleted after leaving our site.


Map Service of Google Maps
On our website we use Google Maps (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to display maps. By using this website, the user agrees to the collection, processing and use of automatically collected and entered data by Google, one of its representatives, or third-party.

Google may transfer the information obtained through Google Maps to third parties, if required by law or as far as third parties process this data on behalf of Google. It can not be ruled out that Google will associate the user's IP address with other Google data. It is technically possible that Google could use the data obtained to identify at least one user. We have no control over personal data and personality profiles being used by Google's website users for other purposes. Users can easily deactivate the service of Google Maps and thus prevent the data transfer to Google. Just deactivate JavaScript in the related browser. But then the map display can not be used.


Links to other Websites
The IHK Ostbrandenburg has integrated various links to other websites. This privacy policy does not govern the collection, transfer or handling of personal data by third parties. The user must check the privacy policy of the respective responsible body.
The IHK Ostbrandenburg is not liable for the content of other providers, which can be reached via hyperlinks. The linked external pages are solely external content for which we assume no liability and whose content we do not adopt.
